The Minute Repeater Perpetual Calendar Ref. 5374/300P is a luxury wristwatch by Patek Philippe in the Grand Complications series.
Presented in spring 2022 at the Watches & Wonders Geneva, this highly complicated watch features minute repeater, perpetual calendar with day, date, month, leap year, 24-hour indication by hands and moon phase indication.
The watch is equipped with the high-class manufacture caliber R 27 Q with automatic winding.
Luxury Versions 300P and 400P
The bezel, lugs, and folding clasp are set with 120 baguette-cut diamonds. The dial is blue (300P) with a black gradient edge (400P: mother-of-pearl), sapphire hour markers, and a diamond minute track.
The 400P variant was released in 2026 in an extremely limited edition of only 8 pieces. It uniquely combines Haute Horlogerie with Haute Joaillerie and features a platinum case and a dial made of white Bali mother-of-pearl, set with baguette diamonds and Paraíba tourmalines.
