The In-Line Perpetual Calendar Ref. 5236 is a wristwatch by Patek Philippe.
Presented in spring 2021 at the Watches & Wonders, this modern looking model displays the day, date and month of the perpetual calendar in a large single aperture at 12 o'clock. To achieve this, a new self-winding movement 31-260 PS QL with an additional in-line display module has been developed, for which three patent applications have been filed.
2026 saw the release of a version featuring a silver-colored dial with a vertical satin finish and a black gradient along the edge.
