The Sky Moon Tourbillon 6002R is a luxury wristwatch by Patek Philippe.

This two-faced model is the second most complicated Patek Philippe wristwatch (12 complications). The rose gold version Ref. 6002R-001 was presented in June 2021. Its case color is complemented with the brown grand feu enamel of the dial.

It uses the manual winding high-class calibre R TO 27 QR SID LU CL, which offers the following distinctive features:

Minute repeater,
Tourbillon,
Perpetual calendar with retrograde date hand,
Celestial display: moon age, hours and minutes of mean solar time; day, month, leap year by hands,
Reverse side: sidereal time, sky chart, phases and orbit of the moon.
