TAG Heuer Carrera
The now legendary Carrera, which was launched 1964 on the occasion of the Carrera Panamericana in Mexico, the then most dangerous road race in the world, is the first chronograph specifically developed for the time measurement of car racing and thus a true classic. In addition to the functionality and ease of handling also the elegant and timeless design of this watch with its large, perfectly legible silver dial was impressing. The above picture shows one of the first models, here in the version with Tricompax arrangement of the stop hand.
Forty years after the introduction of the first Carrera TAG Heuer offers some variations which are faithful to the original design this watch, but present more powerful features …
