The Datograph Perpetual is a wristwatch from A. Lange & Söhne.

2006, Lange had presented the first version of the Datograph Perpetual. This supplemented the Datograph original model from 1999, a flyback chronograph, with the additional complication of a perpetual calendar.

2010, a rose gold-cased version was released, which already featured the characteristics of the modified dial design also present in this 2015 model. The influence of Jeromé Lambert, who now holds a leading position at the Richemont group (CEO as of 2018), is seen as essential here. He encouraged a departure from the rather conservative and stiff design and a turn towards a more modern, clearer design. Thus, the 2010/2015 datograph can be seen as a good illustrative example of this update.

Bâton indexes in rhodium-plated gold on the dial instead of the previous Roman numerals emphasize the clean design and now identify the watch as a member of the revised Saxonia family.

The case diameter is 41 mm, the power reserve is 36 hours.
